I applied through other source. I interviewed at Co-op (Avonmouth, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process went very well. It was straightforward and professional, and I had the opportunity to discuss my skills and experience relevant to the warehouse operative role. I felt comfortable throughout and was able to demonstrate my enthusiasm for contributing to the team.

One thing you asked me was about my previous experience in a warehouse role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Brighton, England)
Interview
Fairly relaxed interview, questions about why you want to work there, what you've been doing over the last few years and then "can you tell me about a time..." questions

Question 1
What have you been doing for the past few years? Why would you like to work for Co-op? Can you tell me about a situation where you had to build a relationship at work? Can you tell me about a time when you had to stand up for your position in a difficult situation? Can you tell me about a time when you had to communicate important information to other people at work? Can you tell me about a time where you've involved others to discuss a challenge? Can you tell me about a time when you've taken ownership of a task/activity/project and made it a success?
Not that difficult, they asked quite basic questions and didn't question much after I gave examples of past projects. It seemed like they had a script of questions, it wasn't very conversational.
