I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Sheffield, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
They asked about availability and proof of right to work in the UK, then asked behavioural questions where you had to talk about a time you displayed a certain behaviour.

I had applied online and heard back within a few days. Really relaxed setting in the back of the store. One interviewer who was the manager. Received feedback relatively quickly.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Aberdeen, Schottland) in Nov 2019
Interview
A simple questioning process mostly about personality and a little about previous work experience. Heavily dependent on you as a person and how you get on with the interviewer/manager.
It was a quick 10-15 minutes interview in one of the offices. They did have staff popping in an out but it wasn't too intrusive

Boilerplate questions like "When was an instance you demonstrated leadership, ingenuity, etc"
Thank you for leaving a review. Our questions are designed so that candidates' can tell us about their skills and behaviours. We don't ask for experience and want our future colleagues to be themselves both in the interview and in the workplace.
