The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Ammanford, Wales) in Mar 2022
Interview
The Co-op uses behavioural interviews to assess candidates for all our roles. In a behavioural interview you’ll need to provide specific examples from your current or previous jobs / work experience that demonstrate how you behave in certain situations.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Went well, friendly, felt comfortable, easy to communicate, questions were easy to answer if you have retail experience, welcoming, one of the easiest interviews I have had, questions were about basic knowledge of retail, local community involvement , fairer world and local charity, co-operation
Thank you for your review. Sounds like you had a great experience at interview. Sorry to see that you declined the offer. We hope you've found another job 😎
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Sheffield, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied for role at Sheffield Co Op Ecclesall Road, in Jan 2021 was told would hear back in 2 weeks but never heard a thing from them despite contacting their hr dept. considering their ethical stance and people values this is just a smokescreen and is very unprofessional for such an organisation and speak volumes on how they conduct themselves and treat candidates. Despite what they promote they are just like any other supermarket.

Question 1
Various questions about their values etc which I had researched and knew the answers.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. We always encourage candidates to obtain feedback following an interview. Especially if you haven't heard back in the timeframe we've said that you'd hear. Did you try to contact the store manager that interviewed you?
