I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op in Jul 2019
Interview
Started with an online scenario test in which you have to select how you would react in day to day situations you would face working for co-op. If you succeed in that test you're invited to an in person interview which in my experience was very quick and friendly. Asked about previous experience, company values, skills I could bring to the team, availability etc.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Manchester, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Overall it was fine with a virtual interview, and presentation, but also included an odd video recording section and a fairly pointless questionnaire. Negatives were the tightness of time, so felt rushed, whilst some elements appeared aimed at an internal candidate. View supported by how the process fizzled out. HR were very well organised.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Crewe, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very easy going, interviewer made me feel comfortable. All socially distanced measures were followed. Questions were friendly and challenging, the interview pushed me to get the best answers without making me feel like I was being listened to.
