The usual management speak questions about the companies "values" they think make them unique, but are practically the same at every company including "working together", "doing the right thing" etc. The same old if you've done this kind of interview
Both interviewers were nice but informed me they had interviewed a lot of candidates and were tired of the whole process.
I didn't get the role and followed up twice for feedback but never received this, really showing the values they have is all talk and no action "we do the right thing"
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Manchester, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Talking about experience, spoke about my previous jobs, what you can bring to the role. It wasn’t bad at all more like a chat. It lasted for like half an hour and I got accepted there and then
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Blackpool, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Staff were pleasant enough but from a professional angle it was a shambles. They didn't have a copy of my cv in the interview. Didnt get in touch by their deadline and had to chase. I felt this was very poor as I told them I had declined a job offer elsewhere to attend. They wanted males for this role, I wasn't a male. Was told eventually i was suited for their office role. Ironic really after discussing sexism within the industry in the interview
Interviewers were very friendly
