Co-op interview questions

Face to face interview, sent application reviewed invitation within a week or so; went to the store I had applied for the be interviewed by manager and assistant manager. Went through a bit of background for 20 minutes and then asked five situational questions that demonstrated leadership, team work etc. Straight after the interview was told it would be around 1-2 weeks, probably somewhere in the middle I got my offer.

short casual interview with a manager, they want to get to know you and see what you're like as a person. Asked questions about hobbies, college education, prior work experience, etc.
