Co-op interview questions

Had a 20-minute online test first. They are customer centred. Got invited to a face to face interview a few days after, after about a weeks wait I was offered the job.

Applied online for temporary position, interviewed by store manager. Questions are based on 5 behavioral aspects which are outlined in the preparation pack they send you (building relationships, being confident, clear communicator, succeeding together, getting results). They prompt you to use the STAR method to answer - ask you about what was achieved in the situation etc.
