Co-op interview questions

Online assessment then face to face. I was very disappointed in the interview. The interviewer asked the competence questions then just spoke the whole time. Didn't ask me much. How can you assess someone without finding out about them? Didn't get back to me on three occasions when I was following up and said he would and then texted me by accident rather than someone else he had clearly chosen and not let me know. Poor experience.

I had to send my CV and cover letter and was accepted for an interview. It was a face to face interview with 2 people interviewing for the role. It lasted about 30 minutes
