Applied online, did a short situational test and then asked to book a face-to-face interview a few days later. Arrived and taken to the back office to meet the manager. Lovely informal interview and very relaxed, she prompted me when I wasn't sure what to say and we had a good laugh! Simple questions and easy if you've looked at the pack they email over.
