Co-op interview questions

The interview process was smooth. I applied online and then received a face-to-face interview. I was interviewed by a Team Leader, who was soon to be a Manager. He was very friendly and made me feel relaxed.

Went to the interview. Was a 1:1 interview in office with manager but manager told me they don't see applications at all so knew absolutely nothing about me. Asked some warm up questions about you and then some scenario questions. Then you're told about the company and asked what days you're available. Said they'd send a reply by phone/email a week/a week and a half later yet it's been 3 weeks and i haven't had a word back.
