I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Great Ayton, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied online however I was in Thailand when an interview slot came up - contacted the manager who rearranged for the day I got back. Face to face interview which was basic competency questions. Found out I was successful in the interview 2 days later and had a trial 4 hour shift which consisted of a tour, helping with the chilled delivery and repeating some competency based questions --- all with the assistant manager. Found out later that day I had got the job so accepted.
