Give me a situation where you worked in a team to achieve a mutual goal
The interview process for a Co-op team member role started with an online application where I explained my experience and motivation for the job. After that, I completed an online assessment designed to check if my values matched the Co-op’s, which included scenario-based questions related to teamwork and customer service.
Once I passed the initial screening, I was invited to an interview, either in person or online, with the store manager. During the interview, I answered questions about how I would handle difficult customers, work with different team personalities, and manage stressful situations. The questions were mostly based on real-life scenarios and focused on behavior and character, such as providing examples of when I delivered excellent service or resolved a conflict. After the interview, I was contacted about the outcome and, if successful, received an electronic contract followed by routine pre-employment checks.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Avonmouth, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was simple and easy, the question was not too hard as well. Asked about previous work of responsibility, communication and team bonding. Should know about some warehouse technical knowledge as well.
