Sent a link to book a time slot for my interview. Whole thing felt really well organised and the manager was lovely. One on one interview in his office that lasted just under half an hour. Asked about my availability and the questions which had been emailed to me before hand in the interview prep guide.

I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Portsmouth, South East England, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
The manager was very friendly and very professional. I was seen at the scheduled time, and the other staff members were friendly too. I was asked questions about my availability and my work history and was able to communicate my experience that was relevant to the position. I was given a good overview of the role and the shifts I was likely to be working, as well as asked about my willingness to do other roles within the store. I felt relaxed and supported through the process.
