Co-op interview questions

Online application process followed by psychometric tests. The interview was online and lasted 90mins in which I was asked a number questions I had been given beforehand in addition to role related competency questions. Neither of interviewers showed any interest in being there and had nothing positive to about the company or the role. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back the following week, I later received a call to say this had been delayed at I would have an answer the next Monday. I did not receive any update despite multiple emails and phone calls, it was 6 week later when I managed to speak to someone in HR who chased up for me that I was sent a rejection email advising although I met the standards they had offered the position to someone else who was a better fit - meanwhile the role is still advertised.
