Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

The interview process was very positive and done in a professional manner. The interviewer outlined all the policies and standards that I should adhere to. I got to demonstrate my past experiences by answering behavioural type scenarios. At the end I was given the chance to ask many questions pertaining the job role.

Basic describe a time when…. Questions. Straight forward looking to gauge skills and how you would work as part of the team. Slightly informal so easy to have a conversation rather than strict interview.
