I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Manchester, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very structured and well thought through with a team of two experts leading the interview. Questions linked to competencies of the role.
Made me feel relaxed with offer of water and hot drink at the start.
Both interviewers had a competency based document as a frame to the interview and took notes during the time there. Took turns to ask questions.
Lovely building and reception staff. You can tell a lot about a culture about how you are greeted at reception.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Longridge, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was exactly as described in the preparation email I received from Co-op prior to my interview. This allowed me to view the resources provided by Co-op to prepare for the interview including the questions asked. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at easy. He was easy to talk to and made the interview feel less formal, and made it feel like we were having a proper conversation which helped with the interview.
