It was easy flowing and more so focused on practical skills. The manager wanted someone who could work full time but as I was going to University a couple of months later, it was not realistic for me to join.

Relaxed, more of a conversation about the role and expectations as well as the expected shift patterns for the position. Then a few more role related questions at the end.
Informal, relaxed, conversation. Interview covers basic questions about what you bring to the table, questions surrounding previous situations at work, what you did to resolve situations etc and also why you'd like to work for Co-op.
