Basic describe a time when…. Questions. Straight forward looking to gauge skills and how you would work as part of the team. Slightly informal so easy to have a conversation rather than strict interview.

They gave you 10 interview questions prior to the interview in an email. You just have to prepare for those questions and they will ask 5 out of them. Just prepare for the 10 questions and memorise them. Ask questions at the end of th einterview. Don't be too early, 10 minutes early is fine.
