We're sorry to hear about your experience. Prior to interview did you receive the interview guide pack? It details all our behaviours and the kind of questions you might be asked. If the manager wasn't clear on the process or the questions, did you ask them to explain? We know that interviews can be a stressful situation for some people and we advise candidates to not be afraid to ask for their interviewer to explain or repeat a question. From 2023 we've started to include the questions you will be asked in the interview pack, we believe this supports a more inclusive approach to interviews and will help candidates prepare.
