It was very unorganised, I was left waiting around as interviewer was late, and wasn't ready. Although they were very nice throughout the interview, they didn't contact me back despite ensuring I would hear from them.

They were very kind and comforting and let me take my time with answers when I needed to take a break and a deep breath. I was very nervous but they tried to comfort me

The manager was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Be prepared to answer questions regarding customer service and how you deal with customers in different types of situations.
