Co-op Store Manager interview questions

Telephonic interview. Very basic interview, only asked 1 question on Competancy and only asked my notice period. Very short interview and not very pleasant. No behaviouriol questions even asked. O ly one question and it was over.

Application online followed by a telephone interview. Regular telephone interview questions, ‘tell me about a time when...’ A face to face interview with a regional manager and a current store manager. Advised to visit a store as preparation and collate some information relating to store and surroundings to be presented during interview.
