The interview process wasn't as quick as I thought it might be. I applied through their website, got a telephone interview and then proceeded to the next level and got an interview. The whole process took about 5-6 weeks.

My interview was through Teams due to corona virus. I was asked very in depth questions such as:
1. What do I know about Co-op?
2. Why do I want to work for them?
3. Relevant experience and achievements in my previous role
4. Why do I want to leave my current employer

Interview
Telephonic interview. Very basic interview, only asked 1 question on Competancy and only asked my notice period. Very short interview and not very pleasant. No behaviouriol questions even asked. O ly one question and it was over.

A face to face interview with a regional manager and a current store manager. Advised to visit a store as preparation and collate some information relating to store and surroundings to be presented during interview.
