I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
It is an online questionnaire of like 8 questions. Each question is a scenario you might experience whilst in that job role. You have an option of 4 answers. Each answer is a possible action you might take in the given scenario. Attached to each answer is a selection of 4 options: 1) I would do that 2) I might do that 3) I’m unlikely to do that 4) I would never do that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Say every morning the bakery in the coop you work at is always under productive and don’t get out pastries out on time how would you sort this problem out
Very simple, was asked the usual questions which the internet provides and so there no no real questions that tripped me up. There was one however which I found difficult and this is shown below.

Question 1
Hardest question was “talk about a time where you had to relay important information to a manager or superior”.
Thank you for your review. All our questions are designed around behaviours rather than specific experience and not meant to trip you up in anyway. We're looking for your natural responses to everyday real-life situations, be honest if you haven't been in that situation before, but do think about what you might do in that situation. What would your tone of voice be like? How would you structure the conversation or message? Applying the STAR technique will help.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op in May 2022
Interview
The interview was very easy easy, I was given five more formal interview questions and then just an informal chat about my prior experience and availability and such, and was given info about the team.
