Situational assessment online, was then invited to schedule an interview about a week or so later.
Interview was extremely casual in the in-store office, interviewer was very friendly and reassuring and just wanted to get to know me as a person, my availability etc.

Very informal, and unserious. The interview was brief and less focussed on work experience and more on if you would fit in the team and get along with the rest of the staff in store
