During the remote one-on-one interview with the Customer Interaction Center Supervisor, the discussion centered on probing into my academic and professional background. Particular emphasis was placed on exploring how my acquired competencies could integrate into the new work environment. Also, particular focus was given on ensuring alignment between my personal values and the corporate culture and goals of the organization.
