The interview process was well-organized and clear. The communication with the HR team was professional, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment. The questions focused on my experience, customer approach, and motivation for the role.
Fast, easy, peasy lemon squeeze, important to remember all companies use behavioural questions, do your research before the interview. A Sales rep job involves little sales and mostly driving and stocking shelves. The main focus of the interview is to identify your ability to do the job, fit the culture and career growth. Don't say "I'm looking for a job", say you want to grow into a DSL and lead a team.
