After applying, recruiter makes initial phone call with standard questions about CV, aspirations, motivation etc. After that, if selected, there is interview (online) with potential line manager and recruiter. Final step is online assessment, focusing on leadership capabilities.

Accurate to position, study case given to be , normal finance questions, nothing out of the ordinary, excel needs to be on a good level, also SAP needs to be on a good level
