After the HR interview, I had a chance to experience the panel interview. The team was supportive and the questions were related to the position. I believe you will perform well if you practice how to explain your experience and interests in the sector. However, although it was indicated as only "Fluent in English" in the job posting, the team asked me to switch to Italian in the half of the interview, which was surprising for me. Of course, they decided to proceed with another candidate. I believe that the language issue should've been more transparent in the job posting. This saddened me because I was sure that I would work well with the team as I had a similar experience before.
