First they conduct elimination round by group discussion then moving to hr round with based on resume be strong in resume and manager round is final. Be strong in communication and speak without lag
The recruitment process will be of 4 Rounds + in-person interview
(Aptitude assessment, communication assessment, HR interview and technical interview).
In person interview will be majorly for document verification and also for last and final round of recruitment process.

Tests basics of English: reading, grammar, comprehension, speaking (AI-based in some drives).
Helps assess how well you can communicate in business settings.
📌 Aptitude / Reasoning Test
Quantitative Ability (math), logical reasoning, verbal ability.
Sometimes game-based puzzles or pattern based questions are included.
📌 Technical / Coding / Skill Test
May include MCQs or coding tasks: SQL queries, fundamentals of programming, cloud/web scenarios.
This round can be online and proctored.
