The process had an initial telephonic interview with the HR. I was called for to come over on a Saturday. There was a skills test and then two 1:1 interview hiring managers. One of the hiring managers was grilling about my profile and skills whereas the other one was about my knowledge on the User Centered Design process and my expectations in the new role.
