Cognizant Associate interview questions

2 rounds 1. Cognizant internal Team 2. Client Interview They mentioned 2 rounds , but they gave offer letter after completion of 1st round. 2nd round was scheduled after joining the company

The interview process had 3 rounds - Technical, Assignment, and Managerial. Technical round would focus on the knowledge on your specific role, assignment will focus on the in-hand work experience and managerial round focuses on how you handle individual or team work responsibilities.
