Question 1
Tell me about yourself, your work experience, study...
First of all HR is so irresponsible towards people who came for an interview after completing 1 round there send me ground floor for the 2 round after completing that they told me you'll get an email of assessment link and it's been a month I didn't get though it's not like I didn't reach them regarding assessment. I went to the office again they told me yeah you'll get but no response till now so but you should not give hopes to the person who came just to give interview you should let that person know u will get back not never

Interview
My recent experience with Cognizant has been incredibly frustrating and ultimately, very disappointing. After a hiring process that spanned almost two months, I was given a verbal offer, which I accepted. However, this was never formalized, and despite my follow-ups, the company has since ghosted me entirely.
The lack of communication after extending an offer is unacceptable. It's one thing to decide not to move forward with a candidate, but it's another entirely to leave someone hanging for weeks, especially after giving them hope by verbally offering a position. This process has not only wasted my time but also created significant stress and uncertainty.
Transparency and clear communication are fundamental in any hiring process. If a company decides not to proceed with a candidate, a direct and timely notification is always the professional course of action. Stringing candidates along only to then cease all communication is a disservice and reflects poorly on the company's respect for job seekers. I sincerely hope they re-evaluate their recruitment practices to prevent other candidates from enduring such a disheartening experience.
