1. VERSANT, required particular scores for each account and location. Depending on your versant score is based on your acc and location validity. 2. INITIAL INTERVIEW, questions about your resume and if you know what you are applying for. 3. MOCK CALL, idk what to say about this, but for me, I find this the most difficult. My advice is, don't focus on your script and what you gotta say, understand the products and services, they don't follow the call flow . BE KIND and RESPECTFUL. 4.
