Interview
The first interview was with HR whose main job is to set salary expectations. This is before the evaluation process begins. Once your salary expectations are clear, then you are interviewed by decision makers - in my case, 4 phone interviews. The interviews consisted of presentation of different scenarios and the candidate's addressing of the scenarios. Very intelligent, quality questions, but I will stalk it up to too much competition at this time.
