2. Online Assessments
This stage typically includes:
a. Communication Assessment
Tests your English grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and speaking.
Common in GenC or fresher-level roles.
b. Aptitude Test
Includes logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, and data interpretation.
Time-bound and moderately difficult.
c. Technical Assessment
For developer or engineering roles.
Includes:
Coding questions (usually in Java, Python, or C++)
SQL queries and database logic
Basic concepts from Data Structures, OOP, and sometimes OS/Networking
