Cognizant Graduate Program interview questions

Worst interview experience ever! The so-called "international" company is not really what it is in Germany. I got an email 2 weeks later following my application as a Trainee in Business Consulting for scheduling a call interview which took place 2 weeks later following the 1st email. The Graduate Program HR was a few minute late for the phone call. The interview was not at all structured. First of all, she introduced quickly herself and let me knew about the steps/process of this call (Company and Graduate Program presentation, my experience/CV, etc.). However, we did not at all what was expected from the agenda. I ended to do a monologue about my experiences, which is focused more on Business with minor digital projects than pure technical IT background. Same questions were asked several times, maybe because a strong IT background is required (which doesn't make sense about the purpose of a Graduate Program...). I felt that the HR wanted to end the conversation as soon as possible by asking more tricky questions until I got stuck. Finally I didn't get any information about Cognizant, as expected from the beginning FYI - the offer required German knowledge at a min. B1 level, and then got changed 1 week before the scheduled phone call into min. C1 level. The reason according to the HR was "we noticed that B1 was not enough from previous trainees" C1 language certificate is REQUIRED (which is not mentioned in the job offer). Personally I am at the B2 level and I can quite good communicate with people in German. If I knew it, I would not waste my time preparing this interview. The HR was so closed mind and even talking a little bit English was forbidden. Wow. From this call, I can feel the culture of the company… No interest in "people". There were no personal questions; the HR doesn't even know where I am from... No typical HR questions, but only questions which were out of the Business scope. Overall, I am very disappointed about this experience and I don't recommend this company.
