I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Cognizant (Chennai) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied for a SAP hybris developer role. There was one round of phone interview taken from a Cognizant office. The interviewer was cool and focussed on my own projects and experience rather than a pre-determined set of questions. Since this is a domain specific interview, I was fine as long as I described my own work and the challenges I encountered in them.
There will be two technical round. L1 covered basic of all tech concepts.
L2 conceded some code snippets and advanced concepts. And once you selected HR and offer letter will be on the same day.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Ios related questions and grilled more on swift basics
I applied online. I interviewed at Cognizant (Hyderabad) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interviewer asked most of the questions from resume and she doesn't even understand the difference between my previous employer and client also the interview should be more technical to Power BI but she revealed that she is looking for a person in Power apps. Question to Cognizant is why did they even conducted this interview when you are looking for other skills rather than Power BI which I clearly mentioned in the resume more over the technical questions should be asked based on experience the questions i was asked were not even basics and I expect to have asked more difficult questions in Power BI when I'm about to get hired. Loss on you.
