I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Frankfurt am Main) in Nov 2017
Interview
The recruiter contacts you and you have a long conversation with him/her. Recruiter wants to make sure that you are the right person i guess and really helps you in every step of interview. The interview was first via webex and next one onsite. First one was very professional and I guess that it is the one that decision is made, because onsite was just getting familiar with the environment.
