Interview
Interview process was straight forward with IQ test followed by a technical round and an HR round. The questions were average and the interviewing personnel were very friendly. Initial communication through mail and offer letter to be provided after confirmation on the Cognizant recruitment site.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
