Interview
Interview was a walk-in scheduled on a weekend. There was just one technical round and one HR round before the offer was handed to me. The walk-in event itself was poorly managed and things went late into the evening before the offer was issued. The recruiters were very accomodative of the long notice period (3 months) that I had with my previous employer. The work place (place where the interview was conducted) was huge & fabulous. I could not gauge much about the people and work-culture there based on the single day of interview.

Questions were more focused on the previous experience you had rather than just usual technical ones which I've seen in most Indian companies. There was nothing unexpected or difficult. The HR was eager to know if I was fine with Chennai location than anything else.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
