I have joined through campus placement, 1st round is assessment with psuedo codes, english, aptitude questions. 2nd round is interview with technical persons then last round is HR. Then i got internship opportunity for 3months. If we clear that internship then we will get offer letter with in 20 -30 days.

One round technical .And the HR round. First round result will came after two days and then nxt day HR will take place.Sometimes cognizant take 2 round of technical interview.
