Cognizant Manager, Business Transformation interview questions

I Applied through a consulting Agency. After HR screening on call. My first interview was scheduled 3 weeks later with a Senior Manager. It was normal. Asked about a six sigma project I have done and some basic questions about personal and professional life. 2nd round was with Director which was kind of intense and they were interested in me talking about numbers. What was the challenge, how I processed , how it was identified analysed and solved. What was the outcome. There requirement was for a black belt in six sigma and o was a green belt.
