Cognizant Senior Associate - Projects interview questions

I was asked to attended 1:1 interview on weekend. I reached the interview location by 9:30 AM and had to wait in the queue for 30 minutes to complete document screening process. After the document screening process, I was called technical interview and then for manager interview (semi-technical). Later I was asked to fill the HR Form and was called for final round HR interview (Salary discussion). Entire process has taken nearly 4 Hours.
