Cognizant interview questions

Joke of a company. Pursued by them to apply for a role. They consistently delayed and rearrange the interview. When they eventually do it, it goes well and am told by everyone including the hiring manager that they are proceeding to final interview. Ghosted for many weeks and then just a default email that they are not proceeding. Absolutely joke of a company and hiring process. They are not worth getting involved with. If that’s how they behave having headhunted me I dread to think how poor it is for everyone else.

I interviewed for the Programmer Analyst Trainee position at Cognizant. The process was straightforward and relaxed. The interviewer began by asking about my academic background and my experience with database concepts, followed by a detailed discussion about my projects. We talked about the challenges I faced, how I overcame them, and the key learnings I took away. To assess my problem-solving ability, I was also asked to solve some basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) questions.
