The Cognizant Genc interview was smooth and well-structured. Questions focused on basics, communication, and problem-solving. Panel was friendly, giving clarity on expectations and role responsibilities. Good learning experience overall. And and and

Question 1
First was Self-Introduction. Then Java Concepts questions. After that 2 coding questions , Fibonacci Series and Reverse Sorting an array . Then again some Java Concepts like Diamond Problem etc. Some Sql concepts . After that some web dev basics.
Mode: Virtual | Rounds: 3 | Difficulty: Moderate
Technical Round 1: Focused on Selenium, TestNG, Java basics, and API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
Technical Round 2: Questions on framework design, Jenkins, Git, and performance testing (JMeter).
Managerial/HR Round: Project discussion, challenges faced, communication, and salary.
Overall: Smooth and professional process. Interviewers were polite and focused on real-time QA scenarios.

“They asked me to explain my automation framework design — how I structured it using Selenium, TestNG, and Page Object Model, and how it integrates with Jenkins for CI/CD. and java coding ”
I had 2 technical rounds followed by 1 HR round, all through online.
The interview was not very tough, just average.
It went well, and I got the offer with the expected compensation
