Cognizant Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

The interview was easy, I was asked about my life and my hobbies, and why i need this job. The interview was virtual. Interviewer was very friendly, politie calm and humble.

Their recruitment process is slow and not transparent. HR actually made mistakes by sending job vacancy and language assessment directly to candidate email while it was not even opened, The system will automatically score the assessment. HR then contacted candidate asking how did candidate get the vacancy, requested to retake the same assessment and manually failed the candidate to cover their mistake (same score, same answers).
