Cognizant interview questions

The interview process with Cognizant was very smooth and well-structured. The recruiter first scheduled an HR round where we discussed my background, current role, and career goals. After that, I had a technical round where the interviewer asked me about Java, SQL queries, and scenario-based problem-solving. They also asked a few questions about Agile methodology and real-time project experience. The final round was a managerial + HR discussion, focused more on cultural fit, client interaction, and career aspirations. The panel was professional, friendly, and gave me enough time to think through my answers.
