Cognizant interview questions

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent recruiting team than Cognizant’s. A month ago, I applied for a role, got screened, cleared the first technical round, and was asked to submit documents for the second round scheduling. I sent everything immediately, only to be completely ghosted for weeks before receiving a random rejection with no explanation. Then, a month later, I got contacted again for another similar role. Same process all over again — screening call, promises of a HackerRank assessment, and more wasted time. Instead of the assessment link, they sent me a link that redirected to the original job posting page. A few hours later, I received another rejection. Then the very next day, they finally sent the actual HackerRank assessment email. This company’s hiring process is an absolute mess. Zero communication, zero coordination, and complete disregard for candidates’ time and mental peace. If you value professionalism or basic respect during recruitment, avoid wasting your time with Cognizant.

I applied via referral. Completed the interview rounds online by 14 FEB, completed my documents verification by 03 MAR. Even though, HR confirmed document verification is good, still haven't hearback.
