The interview process at Cognizant typically consists of multiple stages designed to assess both technical and professional competencies. It begins with an initial screening by the recruitment team, which may include a resume review and a basic discussion about skills, experience, and role fit.
This is followed by one or more technical interview rounds focused on core technologies relevant to the role, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience. Candidates may be asked to explain past projects, perform scenario-based troubleshooting, or demonstrate knowledge of tools, frameworks, and best practices.
the whole interview process was simple offline and in two stages. In first stage, it was technical, project based interview. In second round it was more of technical general interview.
