Interview
HR Interview was good. Recruiter was professional and pleasant. Hiring manager interview was so-so and making unnecessary comments/criticisms on why a decision was made. Also, it was a zoom/teams interview so I turned on the camera but the hiring manager did not even bother to show her/his face or apologize that he/she will not be able to use the video call. If hiring company sets up video call interviews and for some reason one party is not able to show his/her face, I think they should at least mention it as basic courtesy.

The interview process is need-based depending on the project roadmap. Based on project needs, the technical questions are wrapped. Two technical rounds with a managerial discussion and finally fitment discussion with HR
