Cognizant Manager interview questions

initial call from HR manager which was mostly about getting to know me and my background, followed by a second phone call and video chat with higher managers going more into technical skills and experiences.

I submitted my resume online and with 15 minutes received a call, a text and an email from a recruiting coordinator who asked me a bunch of questions, gave some details about the job and then told me that I would receive an invite shortly for an interview. A week passed and I heard nothing so I emailed him back. His response was that they are working on scheduling and I will be contacted as soon as possible. Another week passed and I emailed again, this time no reply. It has now been over a month since they reached out to me and there has been no other contact.
